This movie is an insult to all the DRAGON BALL fans out there. When the fuck did Goku became white? where did his tail go. this movie is a whole lot of shit and i am saying this on behalf of all the dragon ball fans. I was watchin it until i found out that Goku was that white kid. I mean the fuck are the producers thinking when they made this. If your gonna make one of THE MOST popular anime atleast make it original and stick to the clasics. I think that this movie would been better if it was made 3d like Final Fantasy Advent Children without the white Goku. What a shame!!!!
This movie can't be fully enjoyed because the producers "raped" the anime to make this horrendous movie. White goku, a girl with a little streak of blue in her hair calling herself bulma. I mean, c'mon this movie was a complete mockery of all things Dragon ball. I have to agree that this movie could have been a great released had the director gone in the direction CGI and kept with the original premise. Seriously this movie had vague references to the anime, it is attempting base itself off of. This is experience was 10 times as worse, as the raping "Indiana Jones" endured during his return to the cinematic limelight. oh yeah and term is only "BAKA" the Japanese language does not have a form of pluralization. It's something that can only be inferred, you jackass.

Oh my fucking god you guys I want to say that the Anonymous guys who agree that this white Goku is not Goku and a mockery to DBZ which I still love and one who has seen all of the episodes from DB-DBGT and has everymovie and Action Figure imaginable is thoroughly disgusted at what these assholes have done. I am currently at 5 minutes and 18 seconds and I so pissed off its gonna make me throw up finishing this movie. And on a lesser note...the 3D idea...you sir, are a genius
You guys need to just calm your shit. I'm a huge DBZ fan and I still managed to enjoy this movie. I know it missed a lot of things and is quite a bit off of the original story but there's only so much you can put in a movie. Those arguing that Bulma isn't right because she only has 1 blue strip in her hair are retarded. She'd look stupid with a full blue head of hair. There's just too much stuff in DBZ that isn't natural and looks weird in real life. The only major problems I see are 1) The whole story about Piccolo and Oozaru nearly destroying the world because that would imply that a Namekian and a Saiyan were working together. And 2) Chatwin doesn't really make a good Goku. I think he'd make a much better Gohan. And to whoever suggested CGI, I agree 100%. That would be a good idea.

So much will be loss... UNLESS you want a 10 hour movie. As anyone who has watched steven kings the Stand Mini series which was Ten hours of movie, and even that had missing aspects of the origional book.
As for Goku being white... from what I always understood from the anime, there was a constant mix of races no matter where they traveled, and also... Isnt Goku Saiyan... which is alien, doesnt that let them have some play with what race he is, unless you also want to make Pikallo a green asian man. I will admit, it would have been nice to stick with the more asian feel, but was not nessisary. Plus the the producers were trying to get more than just anime fans into wanting to see the movie, tends to make more profits.

What happened to the goofy, innocent, socially retarded Goku that we've all come to love? Others too - Since when is Bulma a badass? Why isn't Chi Chi a bitch? Why does Yamcha need to use a gun? Where's Krillin? Where's Tien?(I can understand no Chaozu) They could of done alot better with the story by cutting out alot of unneccessary scenes (Goku at school). The story didn't make much sense either - Goku was Oozaru who helped Piccolo 2000 years ago. So Goku is over 2000 years old? It wasn't explained well. They should of kept as true as they could to the original story so they wouldn't piss off the many Dragonball fans out there. Bottom line they fucked this up.
